This is The Mana Source's Blue red storm deck with a few modifications. I decided to cut one pyromantic ascension and one desperate ravings for two copies baral, chief of compliance. The decklist didnt supply a sideboard so i made my own. I am trying to keep it relatively budget, so i want it to max out at like 250. Suggestions?

So, I knew that gifts was played in modern storm decks, but never considered putting it in until I found myself trading for two copies, and now I love the card. The only problem, is that I need 4 copies, but I don't know what to take out for them. I considered faithless looting, but looting is honestly pretty good. Any ideas?
