While originally aiming to create an entirely separate deck, I noticed Cloudshift and thought it would be an interesting mechanic paired with Reflector Mage.

This deck functions as a control deck for the most part due to Spell Queller , Reflector Mage, Stonehorn Dignitary and Silence. Because of Stonehorn Dignitary, you can full attack every time you're able to flicker him since they have no way to respond next turn. With Isochron Scepter out at the right moment you can hold the game indefinitely while you wait for the right creature or land draw you need.

Use Venser, the Sojourner, Cloudshift and Eerie Interlude to flicker. I haven't included Flickerwisp but it also has potential. Bind Cloudshift or Silence to Isochron Scepter before you run out of copies in your library.
