ah, yes baby. One of the only commanders with infect in EDH, and not that expensive too! My goal here is to create a decent infect voltron with a budget of only $20. Our commander is going to be: Melira, Sylvok Outcast! Now this is perfect for a few reasons. One: it is a commander with infect, a 2 drop for a 2/2 infect is a bloody godsend! Two: it is a commander with infect that SHUTS DOWN other infect decks. You can't get poison counters and your opponent(s) lose infect with their creatures? Bonus Accepted. Three: it's mono-GREEN. So beware of ramp and buffs. So there's basically not much to go into this budget strategy. 1: Buff up Melira with a crap ton of equipment and auras 2: Helm of the host swarm swing a bunch of meliras to take out everybody at once.
