I taught my friend's 13yo daughter how to play magic. She wanted a deck of her own, and chose Pir & Toothy out of the binder.

I tried to keep the concept fairly straightforward. Extra draw and +1/+1 counters.

Always open to suggestions. But I am keeping it budget for the moment. If she shows a commitment to playing, I will be willing to put some money into it.
