Overview:

This deck is meant to be a more tribal Merfolk Wizard/Wizard deck.
The idea is abusive manipulation of /, and proliferate | 1+/1+ | counters.

I have several decks that are fairly complex in the number of possible combo(s) and interactions that can take place.
As I have some ppl I'm playing with that are new to MTG and only have 1-2 decks, I'm making this as an attempt at mid-complexity.
That way they can still learn about multi-card interactions, but without slowly down game too much figuring out their next move.

Land and Ramp:

The initial land count will be only 36. It might actually get dropped 3-4 due to the number of avenues we have to untap permanents.
My meta isn't hypercompetitive and the goal of this deck is to be a 6-7. Thus we're not going to be running Khans fetch.
3/4 of the lands (and over 1/2 the pricey ones) I already have.


Protection:

We're running Merfolk. Water creatures are usually straightforward without many evergreen abilities.
We have added some blink/flying/unblockable and shroud/hexproof to aid our creatures.
