This deck is based on the 'Dilirium'-Mechanic. Basically four different card types are needed in the graveyard to get great effects for a cheap price. Cards that trigger with Dilirium are Mindwrack Demon , Kindly Stranger   or Strange Augmentation . To get as fast as possible in the 'Dilirium' state, cards like Final Parting , Grapple with the Past and Perpetual Timepiece are used. These cards do not have a high mana cost. To prevent yourself from milling out, Perpetual Timepiece can shuffle up your graveyard into your library but also kills 'Dilirium'. This mechanic is considerd to be kinda like panic button, which should be used carefully. This deck constellation should be considered as a cheap budget deck.
