Took out Sylvan Primordial for Luminate Primordial

But, Luminate Primordial isn't a bad substitute. I was about to make the same comment.

I would try these creatures in your deck:
Mangara of Corondor, Planar Guide, Palinchron or his cousin Great Whale.
Also if you can get your hands on a Venser, Shaper Savant, that would be nice for more control. These are the creatures that will help you with the "catch me if you can'' style.
