Just trying to get value and explosive turns out of casting Maelstrom Wanderer. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. I'm not looking to add any infinite combos however because my playgroups tend to stay away from them. I'm looking to upgrade the deck with a 30-50 dollar budget. Thanks.
