This deck is a deck where you use elves to mana ramp and reproduce more elves. Using Rhys the Redeemed first turn can get some easy early game commander damage. You should mull a hand if you do not get more than 2 lands, while there are mana ramps that can strive off one mana you should be careful. The theme of this deck is elves more than ramp, but they tend to go hand in hand.
