A neat little riot for your EDH playgroup to deal with. This deck is all about messing with the rest of your table- like simultaneous kills with Dire Fleet Ravager and Triskaidekaphobia. It is a rush, smack everybody at once deck, with Rakdos hot sauce for extra flavor. It aims to kill one opponent in 7-8 turns, another by turn 9-10, and itself and the lone survivor by turn 12-14. Rakdos is major punishment, since he is a 4-mana 6/6 with flying if you have a single 1-drop damage spell. Angrath messes with your opponents' stuff, Havoc Festival messes with lifegain decks bigtime, and Guild Feud is a great way to murder stuff.

The major point of this is giving your opponents bad stuff, and then some more bad stuff. Prime targets are life-gain decks, control, and lockdown. Remove them as fast as you can, and then include the rest of the table in the riot. Other rush decks can be helpful in reducing opponent life totals, gruul is easy to smash, since they are pathetically vulnerable to removal (especially demonic removal) and other Rakdos decks... that's just double the fun!
