Fblthp all out combo. Fblthp, the Lost + Proteus Staff lets us rearrange our library and draw two cards. The order goes as follows, from top to bottom:

Gush , Pact of Negation , Dramatic Reversal , Isochron Scepter

Gush lets us draw the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo for infinite mana and Pact of Negation protects it. With infinite mana and untaps we can use Fblthp, the Lost + Proteus Staff to draw anything in our deck. The wincon for this deck is unusual, as its Darksteel Reactor + Inexorable Tide + Surge Node . Surge Node puts a counter on Darksteel Reactor and Inexorable Tide lets us proliferate it up to 20 when casting Dramatic Reversal .

This costs {6}{U} after Fblthp, the Lost and Proteus Staff are in play.
