Recently getting back into Magic after a 2+ year hiatus. Lost a lot of my cards back in a fire and am building up one of my favorite decks again, Werewolf Tribal for modern!

So if you don't get the reference in the title here it is: From What We Do in the Shadows!!

If you haven't seent he movie, give it a watch its a pretty funny mock-umentary on the everyday lives of Vampires. Plus there is a chance of the Werewolves from it getting their own movie "What We Do in the Moonlight"!

Thanks for any suggestions and any likes! DONT SWEAR!

Hey there, +1 for playing my first and favourite tribal, i Like that

You might consider Isochron Scepter, it just busts nuts with Moonlight Hunt and is a pain in the a with Moonmist.

Howlpack Resurgence provides your creatures flash-trample, wich is often able to end games quite fast.

Kruin Outlaw  Flip might be worth a try aswell, since he's an extremly aggressive Powerhouse.

Neglected Heirloom  Flip fits perfectly into the werewolf tribal, an early flipping Village Messenger  Flip with this one can cause havoc.

Haha thanks, yeah Werewolves was the first deck I put together when I began playing. I used to run that in Standard and Grixis control in Modern. Thought I'd put werewolves back together since I'm getting back into the scene.

I toyed around with Howlpack Resurgence and Kruin Outlaw  Flip for a while, may end up switching some out for them. Had never seen Isochron Scepter and now am ordering some lol!

Thanks for the help! Much appreciated!!!

Cards with Bloodrush are the bee's knees in any werewolf deck. They're giant buffs for a cheap price and don't count as a spell so they don't cause your werewolves to go squishy. They fit in thematically, too; the pack's gotta eat something. My favorites are Ghor-Clan Rampager, Rubblehulk, and Viashino Shanktail

Looks good! I'd recommend Cavern of Souls, Kessig Wolf Run and Raging Ravine in your manabase for sure. Also a playset of Lightning Bolt is always worth it. Finally, I'd think about cutting Wolfir Silverheart. Awesome card, but a little slow for Modern at 5 mana.

It looks great. Definitely a model I should follow.

Shared Animosity seems good!

Also Young Wolf

tbh Duskwatch Recruiter  Flip is arguably the best werewolf in modern rn, even sees play outside of wolf tribal

also Collected Company would be strong

Kessig Wolf Run is a must for any green and red deck

I agree with the other dude. Young Wolf is an all-star.

Atarka's Command, Mutagenic Growth. But then again maybe not since you dont want to cast very much stuff in a turn since werewolves are jank like that.

Also. Lightning Bolt... because its lightning bolt.
