This is mostly just a very janky Shaman tribal deck with a hidden combo. The goal is to power out Kiki + Thornbite Staff + Plaguecrafter/Sakura-Tribe Elder + Essence Warden/Judith, the Scourge Diva/Rage Thrower. Put the Staff on Kiki, activate Kiki targeting the Plaguecrafter or Sakura-Tribe Elder. Sac the Plaguecrafter to its own triggered ability; sac Steve to his own activated ability. This triggers the Staff and untaps Kiki; rinse repeat. This has the added benefit of either stripping your opponents of all their creatures, planeswalkers, and cards in hand, or of grabbing every basic land out of the deck to the field, but we need Judith or Rage Thrower to make it a win.

I'd like to point out that this deck wasn't remotely engineered for this combo, but if you slap together a bunch of Shaman tribal stuff it kinda goes infinite on accident. Whoops.

Failing this, the deck can also function as a good, fair midrange deck. Keep slapping down Shamans and removing threats with engines like Drana and Kaervek, then either win with creature damage or a Shaman of Forgotten Ways activation.
