A few suggestions:
Boundless Realms and Verdant Confluence for multiple landfall triggers
Ghost Town is a fun land that can net you multiple landfall triggers
Tunneling Geopede turns your landfall into burning each opponent.
Impact Tremors turns your tokens into extra burn.
Rude Awakening for an alternative win condition with all those lands.
Titania, Protector of Argoth for more elemental tokens.
Tempt with Vengeance for even more elementals and tokens with haste.

I love this! I love aggro decks, i might give this deck a try once I finish my Yidris, maelstrom Wielder deck.

I didn't see Lotus Cobra or Amulet of Vigor in your main board. I feel those are auto includes if you are running Perilous Forays. If you want some ideas, my deck is Omnath, Locus of Rage: Scapeshifting to Victory, and may give you some inspiration for future inclusions. Always love seeing another Omnath build. Good luck!

I'd suggest Grafted Exoskeleton because attached to omnath after a board wipe or something, 10 infect is easy.

Love Omnath as a commander. He was my second commander I built actually. I'd recommend Tempt with Vengeance in conjunction with Omnath and a sac outlet, you could just win the game. If an opponent is foolish enough to take the offer, you will probably win. Elemental Bond Not only is it on theme, but your 5/5's also say "Draw a card". Evolutionary Leap Another sac outlet Stalking Vengeance Deal 5 more damage when a 5/5 dies Beastmaster Ascension This will allow your already large 5/5's to really end the game Gruul War Chant More 5/5 smash.
Have fun lightning bolting peoples domes off. also, "Not Gruul? THEN DIE!"

Soulblast is a really fun card... with only Omnath, Locus of Rage and four of his elementals out you can deal lethal right there... 25 from the power and 15 from Omnath's ability. I have a similar deck if you want to check it out here.
