MAJOR UPDATE
After a lot of playtesting on tappedout and real life I decided to switch to 4 Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and 1 Liliana Vess as win conditions. I've seen Brad Nelson run this deck on youtube and it looked pretty good. The use of Crux of Fate instead of Perilous Vault makes it even better since it does not interfere with the planeswalkers. PLA just seemed way too slow and very bad against aggro. The only times he shined was against very grindy matches like U/B control, Abzan Midrange, and Mardu control...
