Hey, I used to play Knights in Legacy and Vintage, pretty familiar with how it technically falls into place with modern. If you're doing Mono-White, 4 Flagstones of Trokair is great as you can mill a card out of your deck without card, or mana loss. It's a tactic a lot of people aren't aware of.
From my personal experiences, I play with 29 creatures. I'd remove;Hero of Bladehold - too slow. Some of the Brave the Elements - White Knights specialize against creature based decks. 8 Pump ups, indestructible, First-Strike. It's hard for opponents to kill Knights for 2 reasons. 1. Gang-block with 1st strike. 2. Easily replaced. If they try and remove them, easier for Knight Exemplar to be played, and for
Mirran Crusader to run a muck. Cards like; Mana Tithe, Martyr of Sands, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben will slow your opponent down, to establish a solid board control. Mother of Runes used to do this, but now, cards that react the same are closest to Mana Tithe, Martyr of Sands, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben. However it's usually misinterpreted for Brave the Elements.
some changes like this will help you against spell based decks, ie. combo, burn. However, it still provides that resistance to creatures (Knight's main strength). I think your deck looks viable (haven't played modern).
At the current, you will beat a lot of creature based decks. Closer match-ups probably along the lines of fast paced aggro decks, green bear, elves, and goblins. I havn't tested infinity just yet, but it should probs be the closest matchup (can kill turn 2).
Before I leave (2am here), Wizards announced a while ago that Knights are classified as humans as-well now. I know there's a white creature which I forgot the name of, which is worth having a look at. It's a 1cc white human with an ability doing with when humans enter play.

Seriously, DARK_VOID? A one-of? I'd say 2 of. It is just useful to search out a trokair when your trokair dies.

Beautiful deck!!! Sideboard Recommendation: Aura of Silence for Affinity. Spellskite for burn. Wrath of God for other creature based decks. And Leonin Sun Standard for an extra kick lol. Thumbs up, +1.

I have made adjustments to this list, and found that Windbrisk Heights is a very effective card in it.

In this deck, Windbrisk Heights is a win-more, the creatures here are mostly 2+ drops, and no tokens, so the 3 attackers is a sign of a win-condition. Windbrisk Heights can be used for card advantage, if reveals/scry are in play (move the bad cards to the bottom.) but with things like Aether Vial for mana, it won't be properly used.
If this deck ran Raise the Alarm/Gather the Townsfolk, or a bunch of one-drops (Dryad Militant, Soldier of the Pantheon, Dragon Hunter, Elite Vanguard, Expedition Envoy, Kytheon, Hero of Akros, Loyal Pegasus, War Falcon, etc.) then Windbrisk Heights would work, but for now it won't.
