My friend made a challenge for me and a bunch of my friends to make a budget commander deck and we are gonna battle against one another to win a pauper deck (the Inside/out combo deck that I REALLY WANT.......). I saw this deck online and it looks like so much fun. However out budget for the deck is $35 INCLUDING the commander (basic lands count as $0 and Foils are at non-foil cost). This has a lot of potential but I feel like its lacking some ramp cards like Kodama's Reach and Explosive Vegetation which would make this deck a bit stronger. I want all the opinions and tweaks to the deck that I can do to make me win the pauper deck.
