It's a mono-blue Illusion tribal deck.

Tips:

• The best card you can play on turn 1 is Aether Vial. The deck doesn't rely on it though, so don't mulligan if your hand is good otherwise.
• The best target for Phantasmal Image's triggered ability is almost always Lord of the Unreal. Having a lord that gives itself hexproof is incredible.
• You should almost never have to cast Illusory Angel, instead getting it onto the battlefield using Aether Vial.
• Monastery Siege, while currently in the sideboard, is used to protect our creatures, many of whom have a clause that causes you to sacrifice them whenever they become the target of a spell or ability.
