Trying to make a deck that produces rats.. lots of them.

So far I've been able to produce a LOT of rats.. several houndred in what would be a regular game during playtesting.. it does however take too long.. T6 at best to get this going. Usually T8..

Any and all help and suggestions are much appreciated
