This deck is a synergy deck revolving around card draw and discard. The core cards for this deck are: Notion Thief, Whispering Madness, Pack Rat and Waste Not.

A card that also has synergy is Dictate of Kruphix which provides fuel for Pack Rat, increases hand sizes so Whispering Madness hits something and with Notion Thief out I get all the cards.

The rest of the deck is set up as control. With Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver as a way to get free creatures or to mill control opponents.

Would really love some help with the control cards in this deck I feel like it could be improved allot. Also need help getting a sideboard, the one posted is just thrown together.
