The main strategy here is to mill yourself, get Psychic Spiral out of the grave with Call to Mind or Codex Shredder and then use Psychic Spiral to mill your opponent.

Cards like Ghoulcaller's Bell, Chill of Foreboding, and Dark Deal help to mill the opponent as well as yourself to ensure that Psychic Spiral will be the fatal blow.

Fog Bank and Psychic Strike add some much needed control to this deck that needs a few turns to take off.

Consuming Aberration is included as a possible alternate win con and it's just awesome.

This is my first attempt at a mill deck so I would really like suggestions on how to improve it. However, I would like to stick with the general strategy of milling myself and then using Psychic Spiral.
