My current build of Teferi Chain Veil. Runs a ton of mana rocks and tutors, goal is to get Teferi + The Chain Veil to both resolve and use Teferi's -1 to infinitely loop activating Chain Veil then untapping it and 3 other permanents that produce enough mana to activate it again and repeat. After you -1 Teferi to death he can be recast and use his abilities again for every previous Chain Veil activation that has happened. With infinite mana and infinite access to the deck, we win by either casting Blue Sun's Zenith for infinite mana to mill out each opponent or use Ugin to Bolt them to death.
