So a few friends at my local cardshop tld me about this thing called the $25 dollar league. Essentially, the goal is to build the best deck for 25 dollars and under (Not including basic lands in pricing) I decided to use one of my all time favorite card combo's Drowner of Secrets and Merrow Commerce. The theme is essentially mill with Counterspells inbetween. Please suggest any cards you like, but remember! The deck has to total less then $25 dollars!
