Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver replace Zombies with Decayed Zombies, giving us a final burst of one-time damage, or another body to sacrifice.

This is my take on Wilhelt. It's mainly a black deck with a very little blue splash, so we'll have no "UU" costed cards in this deck. There are a ton of lords and buff effects, so even a swing with 3 or 4 zombs can do some serious damage.

We're looking to establish a strong board presence and deal significant damage while saving our counterspells when there's a target upon us. This is go-wide strategy looking to flood the board with small creatures until you reach a critical mass and then swing for lethal. The deck is efficient, and able to take a decisive lead over the others within a couple of turns if you have a decent draw and left alone. The deck is full of token generators and recursion, making our opponents removals useless.

Just remember: don't play like you're playing simic, ignoring combat steps. If you have good board presence and your opponents are without blockers, keeping slow hands or just ramping, let your zombs taste some brains. If you're running out of cards and your opponents are running out of life it's allright. However, this is not a cEDH deck, and it's very unlikely for any aggro Commander to ever be a cEDH deck. This is a deck that can be competitive in a "75%" meta.

The deck is not combo centered, but can easily combo out to end the game.

Combos

These combos generate infinite ETB and death triggers. Then you need to combine the triggers to a card that turns it into a win, like Diregraf Captain or Open the Graves.

Gravecrawler + Rooftop Storm + sac outlet: sacrifice Gravecrawler or cast him for free from the graveyard. Sacrifice Gravecrawler. Repeat.

Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar: Sacrifice Gravecrawler to Phyrexian Altar to generate one black mana. Then use the black mana to cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard. Repeat.
