This is my 1st attempt at building a storm deck. When I saw Elsha spoiled I immediately fell in love with this card! The basis of the deck is to get a cost reducer for artifacts then use Sensei's Divining Top to draw your deck and then win with either Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal or by using Brain Freeze or Grapeshot. There is also the LED, Underworld Breach, and Wheel of Fortune combo as a backup.
