Good Ol' fashioned U/R aggro Burn.

Deck Breakdown

Creatures:

Adeliz, the Cinder Wind; Obvious auto include due to the creature type flying, haste, and wizard anthem she is an all-star for this build.

Wee Dragonauts; Also a very nice evasive wizard that helps get in for decent amounts of damage with all the spells we be slingin.

Siren Stormtamer; Another all-star for the deck. Having a 1 drop wizard is amazing and this little guy does so much and is so versatile for the deck. Tac on some evasion allowing you to get in for damage that is crucial all the while being able to save your bigger threats from removal.

Ghitu Lavarunner Amazing pace setter for our aggro style build and a wizard to boot.

Merfolk Trickster; This card allows for more wizard synergy and is a great combat trick offensively or defensively.

Instant/socery:

Shock Pretty sure every single red deck should be running this mainboard to deal with the heavy aggro meta.

Opt; Instant speed set up and draw is an auto include in any blue spell slinging deck.

Radical Idea Good insant speed draw with jumpstart for all your card advantage and triggering needs.

Chart a Course Great card draw to help us sift through our deck we dont mind discarding either if we need too.

Lightning Strike; Great early game removal or great way to end a game quick with 3 to the face.

Lava Coil Great card against most midrange builds. Helps kill turn 2 steel leafs and shalai's which shut down our burn and air arsenal.

Wizard's Lightning; Amazing wizard synergy to allow us to essentially play 4 Lightning Bolt in standard.

Risk Factor; Amazing burn or late game draw spell to allow us to close out the game and with jumpstart too its like having 8 copies in the deck.

Ionize Great card and very good against control matchups it's a sideboard card because it really holds back our aggro and puts us on defense when we should be attacking and slinging spells in our combat phase.

Land:

Sulfur Falls; Steam Vents; Mountain; Island; Self explanatory

Field of Ruin; I feel this card is a must in all standard decks to deal with Search for azcanta , Cabal Stronghold and any other unfair lands.

Changes:

Cut 1 Adeliz, the Cinder Wind I kept drawing multiples of her so hopefully dropping her to 3 will reduce that ratio.

Cut 4 Merfolk Trickster this card is still great utility and a good presence on the board and blocks well in the early game. I just can't utilise her on the ground because of the creature heavy meta Atm. Also double blue is still relatively annoying to have on turn 2 with only a 22 land mana base. So I put her in the sideboard just incase i need to bring her in against flyers or midrange type decks to slow them down kills pheonix, allows us to target other creatures after hitting shalai this card has so many uses i still needed her in the side.

Removed dive down from the deck entirely. It is a great card I just feel it isn't what we need to close games out against control matchups because they can easily just wipe the board so i added more counters to the side instead.

Added 2 main and 2 side Lava Coil this card is excellent to have against Shalai, Voice of Plenty Rekindling Phoenix and turn two Steel Leaf Champion which are very hard to deal with.

Removed Blink of an Eye just doesnt feel like the correct build for this card i will keep it in mind though if i dont like radical idea.

Added 4 main Shock for early game removal getting rid of so many essential creatures to buy us time to get set up.

Dropped 1 Wee Dragonauts felt 4 was to many kept drawing multiples when i really need spells.
