Use counterspells on everything your opponent plays, then add your graveyard back to your library with Elixir of Immortality unless you manage to find Darksteel Reactor and win the game. There is only 1 Darksteel Reactor to make this deck more budget and to make play with/against this deck more boring and stupid, so everyone will hate you. If you want to make this deck little bit more playable (but less budget), you can add some cards from maybeboard. I especially recommend adding Isochron Scepter, because it makes really annoying combo with Arcane Laboratory.
