Hello, here is a mill deck list which I have made around a year ago. Its basic strategy is to mill, however an alternative win condition is to mill your opponent for at least 10, then swing in with Jace's phantasm and like creatures. I am trying to improve it, is there any suggestions? Maybe some better mill or kill spells, etc. Thank You!
