Hello guys and gals! Thanks for taking the time to look at and hopefully +1 my deck! Advice is appreciated, but please keep any ideas as budget as possible, I'm currently a broke college student....

LAND:

The explanation for the funky shock-land and pain-land distribution is simply money... It's currently all I can afford and it seems to be working ok anyway.

CREATURES:

Young Pyromancer: Obvious addition with all of the instance and sorceries in the deck, loving the 1/1s!

ENCHANTMENTS:

Chain to the Rock: Great "removal" spell that has a narrow and easy to achieve condition of use. Used for creatures that the deck can't burn right out.Banishing Light: The return of the O-Ring! Also used for beefy creatures, but also useful for Planeswalkers and pesky Gods and God Weapons.Assemble the Legion: A kind of secondary win-con alongside Elspeth and right out direct burn, very potent if it goes unanswered.

SORCERIES:

Mizzium Mortars: Just a good card, period. A great removal card by itself that only gets better if it gets overloaded.

INSTANTS:

Shock: Simple, 1 mana for 2 damage wherever I need it at the time.Magma Jet: Great little burn card for removing pesky creatures and pinging your opponent, while allowing me to scry away anything off the top of the library I don't need.Searing Blood: All around useful burn spell for small creatures and for finishing off bigger creatures while allowing for dealing damage to your opponent.Boros Charm: The best multi-tool in the meta right now in my opinion. While double strike isn't very useful in this deck, it can make my small creatures great blockers or push through extra burn damage.Lightning Strike: Nice little burn spell, very simple. No real explanation needed, it's simply a good card.Devouring Light: Also needed for big creatures and just stuff that's in the way. My deck has an issue with decks like Jund Monsters, hence all the big stuff answers.Warleader's Helix: Good at either getting rid of mid-sized creatures or getting ahead or catching up in the life total game.

PLANESWALKERS:

Chandra, Pyromaster: Nice pinger, but mainly used for her 0 ability to help cycle through my deck and to make up for Red's lack of card draw outlets.Elspeth, Sun's Champion: My main win-con. I'd have another in the deck if I could afford her, but for now shes a one-of.
