Controlling the enemy is key.

Top combos: Combining Overwhelming Splendor with Elesh Norn. Forcing all of the opposition's creatures into play as 1/1 then debuffing them by -2-2, thus forcing them to the graveyard is one of top creature contol the keys to victory.

Combining Avacyn and/or Elspeth Knight Errant's ult with boardwipes. This one is pretty straightforward but effective. Using the the angel and walker to make everything I control indestructible, then lashing out with Wrath, Verdict, or Hour of Revelation to obliterate the enemy.

Combining cards like Council of the Absolute, Grand Arbiter, Chancellor of the Annex, Curse of Exhaustiuon and Brisela, Voice of Nightmares to seriously control what your opposition can play, limit what they can do during their own turns, and dramatically increase the cost of everything.

Isperia and Norn's Annex force the enemy to think very carefully about the consequences of attacking at all.

Linvala, Grand Abolisher, and True Believer protect you from enemy creature abilities.

The emblems of Venser and the Hero of Dominaria keep up with the removal.

Combining Timebender and/or Medomai the Ageless with Azor's Elouctor's is a great way to speed up Azor's wincon ability. Temporal Mastery and Time Warp also aid in this.

Arcanis, Blue Sun's Zenith, and Magus of the Future keep up the card draw. Dragonlord Ojuati gives me a specific card I want at the price of sending two others to the bottom of my deck. And let's not forget Ephara helping with card draw

Clever Impersonator and Fated Infatuation are ways to create copies of non-legendary's to get more out of their effects. This is especially effective if you can get one or more of them to copy Council of the Absolute and combo so all your opposition can play are creatures or lands. Or Azor's Elouctor's to get multiple chances for a wincon, depending on how many counters Azor's Elouctor's has in it when it's copied.
