I'm a total casual player despite wanting to play more competitively. I'm looking to get into modern but do not want to just make a standard deck because I don't want to just do what the meta is.

This deck is my attempt to make mill viable in modern and I would like opinions prior to actually dropping the cash on making it. Any feedback or even just comments on how it totally won't work are welcomed. Also I am still working on the side board and welcome tips. I feel like the main board may have issues against storm, Mono blue control, and burn, so I'm not completely sure what to side board for helping against those.
