This is my first EDH deck. I wanted to make an UWR control deck, and Narset seemed the best choice, since I prefer not to run a lot of creatures (and if possible no creature at all). My plan is simple, try to counter/remove/deal with everything my opponent plays and then win either with big creatures or Rise from the Tides (or Approach of the Second Sun with Narset out).

Please give me suggestions about how to make the deck better, keeping in mind that I want to keep it more as budget as I can. If you see an expensive card is because I obtained it for another format.
