First thing first, I love Bounty of the Luxa. The two best things to do in Magic, draw and ramp, all in one beautifully named card.

This is a play on a deck I played before the last rotation. Kind of just kicking the idea around, looking for some input. Its pretty budget friendly and could realistically be made for less if you swap some cards out.

The basic idea is to counter, fog, and bounce your way into playing big flashy cards.
