Just like the title says we will be milling them by drawing cards.

This is an amazingly efficient and reliable budget deck. The idea is pretty straight forward. Use Sphinx's Tutelage and Jace's Erasure as your main mill outlets. Use Fraying Sanity for extra effect. Use the creatures to protect you while dumping an insane amount of draw spells on them.

Note: When using Thought Scour always target the other player with the mill from the card.
