Mono Blue Control. This is my personal version of a deck made by Gelvan (http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/tomorrows-end/). I have not playtested this yet, as a lot of the cards are on the way. This is also a budget build, the only cards being used over $1 are ones I already own. I plan on playing a few matches with this, and then upgrading it from there. I do know Im lacking Palinchron, that is the next purchase I will make for this deck. The way I win is generate a large amount of mana and deck my opponents out, either with BSZ or by using one of the "Easch player draws X" spells, with my commander on the field. The commander's presence will prevent me from decking myself at the same time as my opponents.
