I'm familiar with Modern somewhat, but if there's any specifice cards that are better or if my sideboard is missing something (it probably is)

Nice! +1 Looks pretty mean.

Have you had any problems with that many Murderous Cut in the deck?

I'm still very new to modern so I haven't got to playtest hardly any yet... What number of M-Cuts do you think is appropriate? And what should I replace them with?

Not sure. You'll have to see what you're graveyard can support, but Smother is great in modern and easy to fit in a tri-color deck.

I would up the number of tasigurs to three, as it is a non-lightning bolt creature that mostly beats goyf. Maybe add a one off Gurmag Angler if you wan't to cut a Murderous Cut for another Thought Scour. Also switch a Blood Crypt for a island, as with 19 lands you can get one landers in your hand and it is very awkward to have a hand without a blue source to cast Delver of Secrets  Flip or a cantrip on one. Bump up Serum Visions to a playset, it is the second best blue card in modern and remand isn't very well positioned right now due to decks like Infect beginning very popular where Remand is mostly dead. Another card I could recommend is Collective Brutality I would cut them for inquistions, sure it cost a mana extra, but it is less likely to be dead, it can also fuel delve via discarding cards. Assuming this is not on a budget Snapcaster Mage is the best card in the deck by far, if you can play four.

Sorry about the ramble and spelling mistakes, a bit tired

I have Tasigur, the Golden Fang at 2 currently because he isn't Bolt-able and survives most conditional removal. So I was worried about the legend rule getting me there.

15 of my 19 lands either tap for blue or can fetch blue so unless testing really shows otherwise, I think my mana is fine.

A full playset of Snapcaster Mage would make my creature count to high wouldn't it? I'm trying to keep the count at 12 or under so I can make sure I'm casting spells over and flipping Delvers. Also he's really expensive so I want to make sure I get the number right before buying any of him...

Collective Brutality is an interesting line... Hadn't thought of that, it'd save me some money but I'm not sure if thats where I want my turn 2 to be... Hows the interaction with pitching cards? Would they buff a Goyf before or after the 2 damage? Even if it can't kill him, does 2 damage kill most of the format? I always though modern revolved around Lightning Bolt?

I'm not nearly as sold on the Serum Visions, but I'll try out another build with 3 and 4 copies and see if it changes my mind. I only own 2 so that's the main reason I have 2 currently.

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions, it really does help to judge reactions and find out What's strong.

Trust me I run delver as my side deck because it's super fun, and delver won't get in the way of your spells. Also, i would add 1 more Tasigur. The cuts I would make are: 1 Kolaghan a command, 1 remand, 1 murderous cut, and 2 terminate. also inquisition doesn't really fit in delver and 3 young pyromancer is plenty. Cut the 4th pyro for an electrolyze and cut the inquisitions for a Kalitas and a dreadbore. That's my opinion, feel free to disagree

Remember you are a Snapcaster Mage deck first and foremost, you just happen to be running delver instead of something like ancestral visions, this makes delver a secondary to Snapcaster Mage unlike in legacy. This makes delver more a midrange/tempo deck rather than a control deck, so large delve threats are great and you need to end the game quickly before the control decks get to their late game. Tasigur, the Golden Fang as a three off is needed to make the deck function against decks like jund.

Your mana could definitly fine, but be aware that you will needed to mull alot of hands without a blue source, so maxing out on blue sources is generally best.

I can tell you that Snapcaster Mage is needed but the amount of Snapcaster can be changed, although you could have him as a three-off if you want, a playset is best, again Snapcaster is good as a temp card and as a midrange/control card as he provides value while at the same time providing temp (Kill your creature and get a 2/1 body to attack with). The deck is still fine without it, I top eighted a GPTQ with a snapless delver list, but Snapcaster will increase the powerlevel of the deck to tier 1.5-2 rather than tier 3.

Collective Brutality is a interesting card and is one I am to toying with, but it is a card I would have at least one off in the sideboard in the burn matchup (Kill Goblin Guide, take Boros Charm gain two is a huge swing verses burn, which is one of delver worst matchups due to probes and the mana base.) If you want just have it in the side, but at least run one. Tarmogoyf would be fine as escalate is a cost while casting. According to 7.5 die to brutality although (Kitchen Finks comes back.

Well Serum Visions is the only card left that can do its job since the rest are banned so... Also with a set of Young Pyromancer you want to get alot of value by turn three i.e Terminate + Serum Visions so a large amount of low cost spells is generally best.

Seems good. Look at Electrolyze and a copy of Dreadbore for creature/planeswalker removal if you want to cut down to 1 Murderous Cut. I would do 4 of Serum Visions and Thought Scour. I second adding a playset of Snapcaster Mage too. You can always cut down on the pyromancers to keep the creature count low. Look at Spell Pierce and Spell Snare for different counters. Mana base looks good. Play and see if you need another Watery Grave. Good luck!

All right, I made a lot of the changes you guys talked about at least partially. How is it looking now?

Looks good to me. Grixis Delver is very meta dependant, so you can adjust the build once you start playing too. Have fun! I love playing this deck.

I like it, but I dont use this deck anymore. Not since my Probes got banned right after buying them -_-

I'd probably have picker be Delvers 5-6. Not sure whatd get cut cause I dont play it but i think it has a home here
