Wanted to just make a quick post going through some of the card choices for this deck and reasoning behind them.

Land Count: 32 - This is slightly low land wise for a typical edh deck but then we are playing less 'haymaker' cards then most. With only 2- 7 drops and 4- 6 Drops we can afford to cut a land or two. We are also playing 3x Elves in the deck to help alleviate the lesser land count.

Worldbreaker - Sometimes you need a recursive answer to problem cards. The deck also has a small problem with flyers (Emeria Angel, Bird Tokens, Thopter Tokens, Birds of Paradise being able to stand in the way) so the fact that this Exiles gods/Indestructible things and doubles up as a blocker for flyers

Card Draw - For a G/W deck it actually has ALOT of card draw available. Skullclamp is the natural as trading a token for 2 cards is just to good and Mind's Eye is pretty staple in decks of this color. Kavu Lair and Elemental Bond both do ALOT of work in this deck - with 1 anthem effect in play over 20 different cards can trigger Elemental Bond to draw a card. If that anthem effect is Dictate of Heliod (which is in over Collective Blessing because of the Flash keyword) its about that many for Kavu Lair. Because of this its very easy to draw alot of card.

Wrath Recovery - This deck has multiple ways to recover from wraths. Fresh Meat as a followup lets you instantly reload with beasts. Spawning Pit lets you sac away all the tokens, then recreate them post resolution (at a 2:1 rate). Heliod and Myr Matrix allow you to just dump all your available mana to create more tokens post wrath. Finally Rootborn Defenses lets you make your team indestructible With 3 of these methods being repeatable (Matrix, Heliod and Pit) this gives a pretty good recovery method to multiple board wipes.

Artifact/Enchantment Removal - This is likely the weakest point of the deck. Currently the list only has Aura Shards, World Breaker and Revoke Existance. World Breaker is semi-recurable with his ability + crucible teaming up to make the sacc'ing of a land less bad. The problem occurs with what happens when you dont find Aura Shards to let you machine gun down Artifacts/Enchantments. Its possible that this deck wants Acidic Slime/Rec Sage to help combat this but we will have to see.

Graveyard Hate - Also admittedly slightly light here (though that maybe due to fact that not a tonne of people play gy based decks in my playgroup). Night Soil is the only real hate we have - though it is pretty good hate. The major upside being it doesnt require you to target! You exile as part of activation cost , and it doesnt have to be from your graveyard - this means they cant respond to the creatures being exiled which is some pretty sweet tech imo ;), downside is obviously if they dont have 2 creatures in their yard you cant activate this. One last minor upside is that you actually get to play a card NOT named Hymn to Tourach from Fallen Empires.

Alternate Win Con - Aetherflux Reservoir! This deck has the ability to gain stupid amounts of life - dont believe me - just do the math with Avenger of Zendikar+ Trostani+Cathar's Crusade (its ok go on ill wait). Or Rhys+Trostani+a few tokens. I've regularly seen this do silly things when it comes to gaining life because of interactions like those listed (its actually why Rhox Faithmender and Angelic Chorus were some of the last cuts). So why not use that life to off people when neccessary - while you are unlikely to be casting a bunch of spells per turn to use that side of reservoir, when combined with Troistani's life gain its very easy to see your self being able to off 1-2 players in a game with it. Also Ajani, Mentor of Heroes ultimate suddenly reads "Kill 2 players"
