A Mono-Blue Control shell for Pioneer.

Why Mono-Blue? - It's cheaper than many of the decks floating around. - Mono-Blue is a very satisfying challenge to play. - Engulf the Shore is quite excellent.

The deck aims to control the early-mid game, with counterspells such as Censor or Disallow and spot removal such as Blink of an Eye or Reality Shift , and then bury them in card disadvantage using Day's Undoing + Narset, Parter of Veils or Commit / Memory . It's very easy to protect a Mu Yanling, Sky Dancer .

How is it positioned against the """meta"""? Nobody knows the meta for sure, but the combo is very powerful and reasonably easy to pull off. Counterspells are great against CoCo, but be sure to keep Teferi off the board, against other control decks this deck does well as the combo basically ends the game.
