Hello and welcome to this attempt of creating a competitive Mikaeus french duel commander

This deck is pure suicide black and may struggle to win against aggro-like commanders ( but hey at least they banned Zurgo Bellstriker )
There are 2 main strategies at play here :
Try to combo off with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and :
Altar of Dementia or or Blasting Station
AND
Skinrender or Walking Ballista
or simply Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion

The second strategy is to try to reanimate some wincon creatures ( or simply play them ), fairly straightforward

There is actually a third strategy in mid - late game that work really well : for that you need to have some graveyard, a Lion's Eye Diamond in hand, a tutor ( the cheaper the better ).

First cast your tutor Demonic Tutor
In respond to casting the tutor, crack Lion's Eye Diamond
Demonic Tutor search for Ill-Gotten Gains
cast Ill-Gotten Gains and get LED + DEMONIC + any mana generator ( it can be a petal or a dark ritual ) in the graveyard
cast Lion's Eye Diamond then the mana outlet
Demonic Tutor , crack LED in response and search for Yawgmoth's Will
generate again some mana with LED and other spells in the graveyard.
Demonic Tutor search for Tendrils of Agony
cast Tendrils of Agony . The end.


On their own those cards are still good, appart from tendrils ( this combo is optional ) . LED can speed off your commander, all tutors are helpful and yawg win is ... well it's yawg for god's sake !

Of course this combo is a third option and it is really possible to pull it off mid game from time to time, all you need is LED + a tutor + a mana generator (preferably dark ritual ).

This deck is really weak against any form of burn or aggro deck, there isn't much i can do on my own to fix this, if you have any idea, please, let me know.
