Ink-Treader Nephilim! While not technically a legendary creature, Mark Rosewater has said they wish they'd designed them as legendaries, they didn't because they wanted people to build decks around them in Standard/didn't know how big Commander was going to become, and they won't functionally errata them because they don't do that anymore.

The deck abuses Ink-Treader's ability to effectively Radiate any single target instant or sorcery spell to every other creature on the board. This turns targeted cantrips into massive draw spells, Act of Treason effects into Insurrections, Boomerangs into Evacuations, and so on.

Game plan: give your opponents creatures via Akroan Horse/Varchild's War-Riders/Hunted creatures/etc., then draw a bunch of cards and stick Laboratory Maniac, or Act of Treason everything to your side and turn 'em sideways (bonus: keep 'em there with Cloudshift or buff them with Sigil Blessing, etc.).

Bounce everything in an emergency, clone the whole field for value with Supplant Form or Rite of Replication, enjoy a nice little burn package alongside Soulfire Grandmaster, keep Ink-Treader safe with Privileged Position/Asceticism/Nivmagus Elemental, keep pesky Greaves and Boots off your opponents' commanders with March of the Machines, and utilize the super-secret tech of Dovescape to counter only the original spell and keep the radiated copies.
