Everything makes a combo with everything!!

This is a discard / draw deck. The main goal is to leave the opponent without cards in his hand to narrow his options while I use Notion Thief to stop him from recovering.

Combos / Synergies:

Chasm Skulker + Notion Thief + Whispering Madness : This is my main combo. It basically leaves the opponent defenseless while Chasm Skulker grows bigger.

Notion Thief + Sign in Blood : I draw 2 cards, you lose 2 life. Simple and effective. It's also good if I have Chasm Skulker in play.

Teferi's Puzzle Box + Notion Thief : "Now you have a hand... Now you don't".

Consult the Necrosages + Waste Not // Chasm Skulker + Consult the Necrosages : Good for any ocassion, the Necrosages fit perfectly in this deck.

Cyclonic Rift + Whispering Madness : "Let's scoop this up and throw it away". Waste Not likes this.

Dimir Cutpurse + Waste Not // Perplex + Waste Not // Persecute + Waste Not // Waste Not + Whispering Madness // Soul Ransom + Waste Not // Dire Undercurrents + Waste Not // Thoughtseize + Waste Not // : I think you get the idea. Waste Not goes with everything.

Master of the Feast + Notion Thief : "At the beggining of your turn draw two cards". Chasm Skulker likes this.

Disowned Ancestor is an early game wall that can also be useful in the late game. It's used mainly to hold the opponent while I set my game up.

Shrieking Affliction is used to benefit even more from the discarded cards.
