This is my Niv-Mizzet deck im testing right now. I want to make it a little Competitive. So let me know if you have some suggestions.

The idea is to draw a lot of cards, search the cards you need and win with a Combo.

I use the Tutors basicly to tutor the right tutor like Firemind's Foresight, Intuition or Long-Term Plans to get the Combo i need.

Combos:

To Counter some stuff: Isochron Scepter with Mana Drain or Counterspell. Negate is a "worst case counterspell" for this.

Infinite Burn: Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind & Curiosity or Ophidian Eye or Mind Over Matter. You can tutor These with Intuition or Tamiyo's Journal or Long-Term Plans. You can also use card:Tunnel Vision to get one Piece

The Other combo is with Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius & Mind Over Matter & Izzet Boilerworks or Gilded Lotus. If you dont have the land you can search for it with Tolaria West or Long-Term Plans

Mill 1 Enemy: Counter spell with Hinder, Put the Card on the bottom of the Library, then use Tunnel Vision

Mill Everyone Infinite: card: with Temple Bell. With Kozilek, Butcher of Truth in your Library or Hand, you can do this Infinite. With Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind you deal also infinite Damage or cast Laboratory Maniac

Classic Combo: Enter the Infinite and Laboratory Maniac. With Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind on the Battlefield it deals also a lot of damage. If you dont have enough mana, Use Mind Over Matter drop the Enter the Infinite and cast it with Mizzix's Mastery
