This is an updated version of my original mono-blue mill deck with a full list of cards having no money restraints with what I would place in the deck if I could afford the cards and purchase them from my countries card selling clients. The objective of the deck is to draw into your sphinx's tutelage and continuously draw cards to mill out your opponent, id assume this deck is very powerful against mono colored decks.

Id like to hear the thoughts of the community on how viable you think this deck would be in modern, fraying sanity would be an addition when released from hours of devastation.
