There are a lot of decks that use Exhume as wincon. So why UB? well obviusly we use swamps for the Exhume, but it also gives us the Putrid Imp and Shred Memory. Also in sideboard we have edicts that are black. Street Wraith is just a 0 mana cycle that lets us dig through the deck.

As for blue mana, we run Careful Study to dig through the deck and to discard our big bodies that we'll later reanimate. we run 4 tutors, 2 black (Shred Memory) and 2 blue(Muddle the Mixture), because often it's difficult to find the Exhume. Deep Analysis is really good because its basically a 2 mana(and 3 life) draw 2, we discard it and then we flashback it up! We run 3 copies of Dispel because it really sucks if they counter the Exhume.

We run 3 different big booties: Greater Sandwurm, Ulamog's Crusher and Walker of the Grove. Walker of the Grove is good against control decks that will for sure kill our creature the turn following the one we reanimate our guy. This way we still have a 4/4 body that is preatty big. Greater Sandwurm is a 7/7 that can't be blocked by a lot of creatures in the meta pauper and also has the cycle ability. ulamog crusher is our king, if we get to reanimate him on turn 2 or 3 and give him haste with Dragon Breath our opponent just has to concede.
