Competitive Shattergang Brothers list. Work in progress.

The deck is first and foremost a stax build. It focuses on denying its opponents resources. This takes the form of taxers ( Thorn of Amethyst , Nether Void), prison tools (Contamination, Null Rod), and destruction (Smokestack, Fleshbag Marauder, and the commander itself). Using a slew of mana dorks, token producers, and recursion engines, it attempts to break parity and set up one-sided board states.

Slowing opponents down via stax gives the deck time assemble its own win condition. Assuming players don't concede to a total board lock, the deck's next method of victory is Splinter Twin combo. It can be assembled any number of different ways from Buried Alive to Birthing Pod. Failing that, traditional beats becomes a fallback, as does Shaman of the Forgotten Ways .
