Kambal, Consul of Allocation is a tax collector, and now you can be too!

This deck is basically orzhov life-gain with a subtheme of prison. You win through locking the game down until one of the combos go off. It's fun to play, not to play against

Due to the decks' reactive nature, I've actually found it difficult to class how strong it is. It will typically match the average power level of the others in the game

General Notes:

• I'm not running as many board wipes as I could be, if you're someone who needs at least 4 then feel free to swap out some of the general support cards

• Same goes for spot removal, white and black are good at that. If you want it then go for it

• Expect to be focused by the combo player and aim to be friends with the control player

• Feel free to not attack, let them kill themselves. In fact, don't block either it's not like you're low

• I only run Diabolic Tutor . Feel free to run your most expensive tutor I just find that this deck is oppressive enough I might as well give them some leeway. Also money

• I will typically hold Diabolic Tutor until I am holding half of an infinite combo or someone is getting out of hand and I need an answer or a prison to put them in

• There are lots of mini interactions that I won't be listing, playtest the deck a bit, it's fun

• This is a Voltron players' worst nightmare and if they play it right you'll be dead to commander damage before they die to their own spells. Don't let them get out of hand

This one's fun and people often miss it if they don't know it. Takes a few turns to set up and if you've made a deal with someone you can just miss a may trigger.
