I found a Phenax in my cards and put together this EDH. I put together anything I had that that had good mill abilities, creatures that could tap for lots of mill, and cards that played off of graveyards. I put some search as well as some graveyard exiling abilities to counter eldrazi titans shuffling graveyards into the library. I especially would like to know what non-basic lands I could throw in here, any advice on what could be omitted or added is welcome!
