Basically this works a lot like RG Ponza except that it tends to focus on getting some sort of advantage from the opponent's lands or bouncing lands rather than destroy them. The deck essentially uses Spreading Seas for control rather than Blood Moon and Confounding Conundrum will come in from the sideboard to replace spreading seas if the opponent is playing blue. Confounding Conundrum has great synergy with the full playset of Ghost Quarter in this deck, which is also really good against Tron and other Ponza decks using Utopia Sprawl.

To end the game, it is usually going to come down to just casting a huge Hydroid Krasis or overload Cyclonic Rift. Sometimes, Vendilion Clique or Kiora, Master of the Depths can get the job done.

The mana for this deck does get downright nuts with Arbor Elf, Utopia Sprawl, Annex, and Kiora, Master of the Depths. Perfect for a huge Walking Ballista. You should also always have mana up for a Cryptic Command or Condescend.
