I love Panharmonicon but it's not featured in any decks so this is my stab at trying to use it at it's full effect.

Every creature takes advantage of Panharmonicon

Arborback Stomper , big body but mainly helps stabilize a slow start
Cloudblazer, some more healing but we're looking at extra card draw
Cultivator's Caravan , help with any mana issue and can help with some attack/defense
Glint-Nest Crane, help get Panharmonicon out (there are 11 total artifacts including Pan)
Noosegraf Mob , how about a 10/10, 15/15, 20/20 for 6
Noxious Gearhulk kills creatures and heals the toughness
Servant of the Conduit, helps with any mana issue
Skyrider Elf , again more counters and a flyer
Torrential Gearhulk, maybe not needed but we can flash in for a removal card or two
Verdurous Gearhulk, lets bring in 4, 8, 12, or 16 counters to distribute among our creatures
Void Grafter , flash in and protect some of our creatures

The planeswalkers don't fit too well, and I know I may need to change some or remove them entirely.
