EDIT Swapped out Necromancy for Reanimate because I just can't find Necromancy in stock anyway. Otherwise I feel the deck may be reaching its final form.

Grave robbin for value

In my play group decks are mostly self reliant so this has been built keeping that in mind. Any mill effects are applied to the deck itself to create a re-animator tool box.

NOTE Walking Ballista can be used as a sub for Triskelion in most instances.

COMBOS

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion -> Infinite damage to all players at instant speed.

Lord of Extinction + The Mimeoplasm + Triskelion -> The Mimeoplasm comes into the battlefield as a copy of Triskelion with Lord of Extinction +1 counters. The effect is bigger in multiplayer but it almost always is enough to win on the spot for 1v1. This kind of damage does not technically count at Commander damage.

Necrotic Ooze + Phyrexian Devourer + Triskelion -> With Triskelion and Phyrexian Devourer in the graveyard Necrotic Ooze has both their activated abilities. At instant speed remove cards from the top of your library from the game to deal damage to an opponent equal to its CMC.

STRONG SYNERGIES

Kederekt Leviathan + Necromancy or Animate Dead or Dance of the Dead -> This works when the Kederekt Leviathan is in the graveyard. Either Necromancy or Animate Dead comes in, reanimates Kederekt Leviathan which then triggers, returning the re-animator spell to your hand along with every other non-land permanent. Kederekt goes back to the graveyard.

Acidic Slime + Deadeye Navigator -> Deadeye Navigator works with any of the other juicy-sweet ETB effect creatures in this deck, but these two together means cheap land destruction.

Sage of Hours + The Mimeoplasm + Any creature with large power-> The Mimeoplasm enters as a copy of Sage of Hours with ideally 10+ counters on it, like Death's Shadow or Lord of Extinction. Instantly set up 2+ extra turns.

Siege Behemoth + The Mimeoplasm + Any creature with a large power -> Pseudo-unblockable commander damage. Kills in 2-3 hits

Tranquil Thicket or Lonely Sandbar or Barren Moor + Life from the Loam -> This is a fairly cheap self-mill engine that helps with the reanimating. Cycle the land, trigger dredge, play Loam, return cycle land.
